DELIVERY, PACKAGING AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Our Chilled Packaging

Every pie is prepared fresh and sent to you raw, ready to bake at home for that just-made taste. To ensure your order arrives in optimum condition, all food is sent chilled in temperature-controlled boxes with ice packs.

How Our Ordering Works

Every pie is handmade to order. To keep that quality, we bake in dedicated weekly batches rather than mass-producing in advance.

Orders must be placed by 12pm (midday) on Thursday for delivery the following Friday - eight days later. Any orders placed after 12pm Thursday will move into the next week's batch. Any further questions, please contact us.
