DELIVERY, PACKAGING AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Our Chilled Packaging
We deliver the best Traditional Scotch Pies and Pastries fresh & chilled to your door. To ensure your order arrives in optimum condition all fresh food is sent in temperature controlled boxes with ice packs.
Standard Delivery
To ensure freshness and to keep to the high standard expected from all our pies, we only despatch 1 day per week for next day delivery. Any further questions please contact us robertsgourmetpies39@gmail.com
What are the Postage & Packaging costs?
Temperature Controlled Delivery (for chilled items)
UK Mainland: £9.00
Scottish Offshore – Not available
Isle of Wight– Not available
Northern Island, Isle man – Not available
This cost includes overnight delivery via a courier company, and also covers the chilled packaging, ice packs & recyclable filling to ensure your parcel arrives in the best condition.
What happens when you have placed your order?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase. You will also receive a tracking number once we have it confirmed via our Courier.
Delivery Date Requests
Sorry, we only despatch orders on a Thursday.
General Delivery Information
We guarantee delivery next day from being despatched.
We only deliver to your registered Paypal shipping address.
Can I have a Saturday delivery?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service yet
Who will deliver?
All deliveries are sent via overnight courier.
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes, only if your work address is listed on your Paypal account.
Do you offer a timed delivery?
Sorry at current we can only offer before 4pm delivery
What happens if I’m out when my delivery is attempted?
If you are not in, the driver will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If there is not a safe place then it will be taken to the local post office and a card will be left, saying where the delivery is being held.
